Georg Schulze Zumkley: Following its accession to the UN Security Council, Germany is set to promote its core foreign policy values of human rights and the rule of law. With much emphasis on the increasing influence of China, the time is ripe for the Atlantic partners to clearly define and influence the UN mission. Germany should have a bigger role in this process.
