2014 Solution Inadequate for 2010 Crisis

The European Union should consider issuing sovereign debt in order to accelerate economic recovery and restore growth potential in the coming decade. ++ "Raising EU debt through a joint and several guarantee of all 27 member states would ensure a 'triple A' credit rating." ++ As EU member states endure their worst economic crisis since the 1930s, the time has come to act with greater urgency and to start examining previously untapped resources within the European economic community.
