OSCE Summit Must Address Nagorno-Karabakh

V. Kazimirov, Nezav. Gazeta (in Russian) | December 1, 2010

Many observers doubt that the OSCE summit in Kazakhstan will bring about any results. ++ But the one crisis it will have to address is the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as tensions there have increased considerably lately. ++ Azerbaijan “acts as though Astana will determine whether there is to be a new war.” ++ That is a slap in the face to recent calls by Armenia to settle matters without recourse to violence and an insult to the principles of the OSCE. ++ The OSCE should take a clear stand in Astana.
