Occupy Wall Street: Take It Seriously
Eric Jackson, Forbes | October 7, 2011
Occupy Wall Street protestors have legitimate grievances about how government has handled the economic crisis, but have been trivialized by the mainstream media. ++ Finding some protestors with contradictory or mistaken claims does not make the group’s frustration invalid. ++ The movement should be taken seriously because the set of people who can be angered by bank bailouts and the state of the US economy is vast. ++ It is not anti-capitalism to suggest that many changes should be made in the system.
