Topic Böll Conference Videos: Saving the Non-Proliferation Regime

Editorial Team: On the morning of the second day ot the Heinrich Böll conference “A World Without Nuclear Weapons or Nuclear Anarchy?” the debate was on how to save the Non-Proliferation Regime. The speakers presented strategic proposals for the upcoming NPT Review Conference 2010.

After a short welcome by Marc Berthold, Head of the Department for Foreign and Security Policy at the Heinrich Böll Foundation, the key issue of the second days first panel was how to save the Non-Proliferation Regime in the upcoming years. In the videos bellow you can see the panelists' (Oliver Thränert, Martin Briens, Fiona Simpson and Nobumasa Akiama) speeches and their strategic suggestions for the NPT Review Conference that takes place in early 2010.
