"Your Ideas, Your NATO" Policy Workshop Competition
General Terms and Conditions:
- Copyright Ownership: By submitting an entry, contestants warrant that they are the sole creator and owner of the work, including any accompanying material, and further warrant that the work does not contain information considered by any third party to be confidential.
- The contestants accept and agree that the entries -- including the submitted articles, comments, photographs, the the policy memo and all other materials related to the competition -- may be used, unlimited and exclusively by Atlantic Community, free of any cost or other compensation, for the purposes as set out in the Competition Invitation and General Terms and Conditions.
- Atlantic Community is not to be responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. If a selected contestant cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to comply with any term or condition, a prize may be forfeited and an alternate contestant may be selected.
- Atlantic Community reserves the right, without creating any right to an indemnity or compensation of whatever nature, to cancel, suspend or modify in whatever way the present competition.
