======================
On September 10/11 the Heinrich Böll Foundation's 10th Annual Foreign Policy Conference "A World Without Nuclear Weapons or Nuclear Anarchy?" takes place in Berlin, Germany. The conference aims to promote multilateral collaboration
among existing nuclear powers and emerging economies. Guiding questions are how to prevent non-state actors like terrorists from gaining access to materials that can be used for making nuclear weapons and how the nuclear non-proliferation regime can be strengthened to protect the world from all-out nuclear anarchy?
As media partner of the Heinrich Böll Foundation Atlantic-Community.org is broadcasting the conference via live stream. We will also present the recent Atlantic Memo "Global Zero is an End in Itself - Focus on First Steps!" at different stages of the conference. The memo summarizes the best arguments and policy recommendations from Atlantic-Community's special Theme Week "Global Zero" and thus gives a voice to our members during the conference.
