Steven Clemons moderated. Noreng, Professor and Chair of Petroleum Economics and Management at the "(external)Norwegian School of Management":http://www.bi.no/Content/StartPageEnglish____56401.aspx, focused on the decline of America’s hegemony in global energy markets and the rise of new powers. Further consequences include the doubling of oil prices, the erosion of the dollar, and the emergence of the Euro as an international currency.
