Obama or McCain? On November 4th 2008, American citizens will not only decide who is going to be their next president but will also elect the members of the House of Representatives, a third of the Senate, numerous governors, and the state legislators.
“How will America vote?” will give the citizens of Berlin the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of the US elections and experience them as never before: During seven nights of music and art, we will keep ourselves informed, engage in discussion and, with great anticipation, await the results of the election night.
Learn why only half of all Americans go to the polls and why, despite this, the U.S. democracy is in good health. Be there when Democrats and Republicans engage in an exclusive live debate and join in with the discussion yourself! Hear the experts’ forecasts concerning the foreign policy of the future president and get involved in the debate with diplomats and journalists in the post-election analysis.
