Passing the Torch of the OSCE Chairmanship, 27 January 2011
The conference will facilitate an exchange of views on the performance of the Kazakh Chair and the challenges for the Lithuanian Chairmanship. The event is co-hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies and the Institute for New Democracies in cooperation with the Embassies of Kazakhstan and Lithuania.
