Reflections 2010: Managing Diversity, Reconciliation and Development, 1-3 November, 2010
Reflections 2010 a conference organized by GTZ - FLICT from 1st - 3rd November, 2010 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The objective is to share experiences and learning in peace building and addressing root causes of conflict. The conference aims to identify pragmatic strategies applicable for participating individual and organizations, as well as to provide a networking opportunity to improve work synergies and impact. It also hopes to offer a cross-cultural examination of conflict and related themes through diverse international participation.
