Assistant Professor, Department of Government and Justice Studies at Appalachian State University
The Department of Government and Justice Studies at Appalachian State University invites applications for a tenure-track nine-month faculty position in Public Administration at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning August 2011.
Candidates who are ABD will be considered, but the position requires completion of all doctoral requirements in Public Administration or Political Science by August 2011.
Graduate and undergraduate instructional duties will include Administrative Law and Public Administration &/or Public Management. Faculty members are expected to maintain an active program of scholarship as well as participate in service activities.
