Dear Members of Atlantic-Community.org,

As a recent graduate, I am seeking a research or consulting position in international relations with an economic focus.

My interests and expertise lie in international trade and governance. I covered topics including the WTO, Doha-Round, G20, Farm subsidies, Decolonisation, and foreign/domestic policies of USA and EU.

  • Final thesis: A detailed examination of how an economic crisis in the UK damaged the prospects for an International Trade Organisation (ITO) beyond repair in 1947.
  • Magister (equivalent to Master Degree) in Modern History and Economics with a strong focus on the global economy.
  • Internship at a German Foreign Policy think tank with short online-texts on G20 and WTO.
  • Participation in an international program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong on the Chinese Economy.
  • Strong analytical skills and an organised independent work ethic.
  • Very adapt in using electronic resources to deliver results.
  • Fluent in English and German (native) and good knowledge of French.

I am open to a variety of opportunities in which I can apply my assets and which relate to my stated interests in international (economic) relations.

My CV and further information are available upon request from RGraf (at) gmx.com.

Best regards,

Roland Graf
