Internship offer

World Security Institute, Brussels, starting Januar 2008

World Security Institute in Brussels currently has an internship available. This unpaid position is available from the beginning of January 2008 for around three months. Candidates should have a background in European Security and Defence issues as well as knowledge of – and preferably work experience in – one of the various institutions involved in this area. Computer literacy and fluency in English and French is also necessary as is the ability to work on various projects concurrently with a minimum of supervision. A successful candidate can expect to work on our website and blog, and will assume responsibility for our EU News Roundup, as well as provide research and administrative support. Applicants should familiarise themselves with the work undertaken by World Security Institute, Brussels before applying and are invited to email us at info@wsibrussels.org attaching a cover letter, a CV, and a brief, relevant, writing sample. WSI Brussels is unable to help out with work permits, etc, and interested parties are advised to bear this in mind when applying.
