Why Afghanistan Matters, Photo Contest
NATO’s Joint Forces Command HQ Brunssum is hosting a photo competition with a chance to win one of five digital cameras.
To enter, send an email to afghanistanmatters@gmail.com with the following:
- Your photo (in highest resolution - 1600 pixels in its longest dimension)
- The category in which you wish to compete
- A short caption describing the photo
- Your name, nationality and contact information
- Whether or not you agree to your name and nationality being displayed with the photo
- The statement “I have read and agree with the Official Contest Rules”
When your photo is accepted as a qualified entry, it will appear on the competition web site. Then you can encourage others to vote for it!
Deadline for submissions is March 30, 2010.
Please ensure the subjects of your photos have given permission for you to photograph them. In addition, avoid photographing any sensitive locations. For further details, view the Official Contest Rules.
